Known for her deep expertise in diversity, change management and talent development, Julie has led transformative initiatives across industries—from launching enterprise-wide DEI strategies at Sysco to designing human-centered leadership programs at BakerRipley.

In 2025, Julie founded Chrysalis to channel her decades of experience into a consulting practice focused on long-term impact. Her approach is rooted in empathy, fueled by evidence and always guided by purpose.
